Our design process typically begins with a custom design appointment, which has no fee or obligation. You will sit down with one of our designers—either in person or remotely—to discuss your ideas, review any inspiration images, and determine if you would like to incorporate any existing gold or diamonds into the design.
During this appointment, we will build a 3D model of the design for your review and make any changes. Often we will then make a wax modle of the design for you to hold and try on. Any final changes can be made then.
Once you are completely satisfied, we can save the design for later, or, if you are ready to proceed, we will request a deposit (typically 50%) to begin making the ring. Custom designs usually take between four and six weeks, depending on the complexity.
For engagement rings, we primarily work with gold (yellow, white, or rose) and platinum. Pricing is highly dependent on your specific preferences, including the gold karat, the type, size, shape, and whether the center diamond or gemstone is natural or lab-created. We are able to accommodate most budgets and guide you through the options to best fit yours.
We have a large selection of loose diamonds and gemstones in store. If you are looking for specific sizes, shapes, or colors, we can also bring in multiple options for you to view at your appointment.
